Crvenka Jaffa Biscuit Orange Cakes is a popular snack from Serbia. These biscuit-sized cakes have three layers: a Genoise sponge base, a layer of orange- flavored jelly and a coating of chocolate.
Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, glucose syrup, eggs, cocoa butter, fat reduced cocoa powder, vegetable oil (sunflower), vegetable fat (palm, shea), humectant: glycerol; corn starch; citric acid, acidity regulator; trisodium citrate, orange juice (0.8%), natural orange flavor. Cocoa solids: 46% minimum. Chocolate contains vegetable fats in addition to cocoa butter.
