Sometimes shipping carriers are not so gentle with our boxes. So if you encounter damaged items within your box, you may request a refund or replacement of those items, and possibly the entire box. Contact us within ten days of the date you received your box by sending an email to sayhello@trytheworld.com and following our refund verification process.

Try The World is an international snack discovery service. Since nearly all of our products are perishable snack, food, and beverage items, except in the case of damaged items, we are unable to return, refund or exchange any of the items or Boxes that we ship.
