Subscribers to The Gourment Box will enjoy 8+ gourmet foods curated by our cuisine experts who carefully select a collection of unique products from cultures around the world every month.

Subscribers to The Snacks Box will enjoy 8+ unique international snacks and treats from around the world, exploring new countries every month.

Customers who purchase subscriptions or gift packages are currently unable to choose which countries their boxes will feature. If you are interested in purchasing individual items from a specific country, please contact us at sayhello@trytheworld.com and we can direct you to the best place to order those specific items.

At this time, customers are unable to customize boxes for all other dietary restrictions or food allergies. However, we hope to make this option available in the future.

At this time, only one discount or promotion can be applied to the same order.

Try The World's hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST.

If you would only like one box, check out our gift options here, where you can purchase an individual box without subscribing.

Our boxes contain international products which may use various alternate international date formats such as day - month - year. Feel free to contact support if you have any question on a particular product.

At this time, all orders ship within 30 - 45 days of the purchase date. So if you place an order in January, your box will ship by the middle of February.

Similarly for Gift Orders, all orders will ship within 30 - 45 days of the purchase date or the chosen processing date. So if you place a Gift order in January, the order will ship by the middle of February.

Try The World is only able to ship within the United States, Canada, and Mexico at this time.

We hope to improve our international shipping policies in the near future so please stay in touch!

We do our best to package all shipments as securely as possible. Occasionally, some damage may be noted as a result of a rough journey to your doorstep. Simply send us an email at sayhello@trytheworld.com and include any photos of the damage. We will be happy to help right away!
