Serves: 1 • Time: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • Handful of fruit, such as orange slices, lemon slices, lime slices, blackberries, and cherries, plus more for garnish
  • 1 Tbsp. jam
  • 3½ oz. dry sherry
  • 3 ice cubes
  • Dash of Angostura bitters

DIRECTIONS

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the handful of fruit with the jam to press out all of the juices. Add the sherry and ice cubes and shake well. Strain into a tall, chilled highball filled with crushed ice. Garnish with the bitters and additional fruit.
