Try The World and Chef Jet Tila recently partnered with the Tourism Authority of Thailand and Kiin Thai Eatery to spread the word about the Thailand Box. The event featured cooking demos by Chef Tila and Chef Korn, Kiin Thai’s executive chef, as well as signature cocktails (spicy mango mojitos, anyone?), and a delicious, authentic Thai dinner.
The evening was a wonderful showcase of the Thai cuisine. As Supanee Kitmahawong, the owner of Kiin Thai and gracious host of the event puts it herself, “I love Thai food! I have to eat Thai food everyday! But Thai food is not just about the cuisine; it’s about coming together as friends and family.”
