Ingredients
- 1 lb. skirt steak
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 4 corn tortillas
- salt
- 2 limes
- Bunch of cilantro
- Green Jalapeno Sauce
Directions
- Season steak liberally with salt and bring to room temperature.
- In a large pan, heat the oil until shimmering and then saute the steak, about 3 minutes on each side.
- Rest for 5 minutes and then slice steak against the grain.
- Warm 4 corn tortillas in separate pan.
- Fill tortillas with steak slices.
- Garnish with lime, cilantro, and salsa from the Mexico Box!
