Scandinavian Breakfast Muesli

Scandinavian Breakfast Muesli

Muesli is like granola’s less sweet, less toasty, and more Scandinavian cousin. We love this Scandinavian Breakfast Muesli recipe that features Biokia’s dried berries from Finland, though you can make it with any combination of nuts, seeds, and dried fruit left in your pantry. Either way, it‘s a delicious, protein-rich breakfast that’s easy to mix into yogurt when you’re short on time in the morning.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp. flax seeds
  • 1 tsp. quinoa flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped nuts
  • 2 Tbsp. dried berries

DIRECTIONS

Mix all the ingredients together. Store in an airtight container for up to one month. Serve mixed into yogurt or milk and drizzled with honey.
