Happy Memorial Day! 🇺🇸 Dinner situation was these homemade vegan Black Bean & Quinoa burgers topped with all the good stuff! Tomatoes, purple cabbage, spinach & cilantro, all on a whole wheat bun 👌🏼🍔 Later I added some sautéed yellow peppers and onions, and of COURSE I added some bomb sauces! I used my favorite Argentinian Piri-Piri hot sauce 🔥 & THE BEST Swedish honey mustard, both courtesy of Try the World! My entire family was basically waxing poetic about that mustard 😂 This burger was literally life 😛 I adapted one of @nourishmemum's recipes to make these bad boys & let me tell you they were amazing!!
