Kiwi Splash with Thai Lime Leaves

  • 4 kaffir lime leaves 
  • 3 ounces rum
  • 3 fresh kiwis, peeled and cubed
  • ice
  • tonic
  • kiwi, sliced, for garnish 


  1. Muddle kaffir lime with rum.
  2. Strain into 2 ice-filled glasses
  3. Stir in kiwi and top with tonic.
  4. Garnish with kiwi slices.
