Italian Truffle Dip

Creamy, rich, and delicious, this truffle dip recipe is fantastic with any vegetables, but radishes, cucumber, broccoli, and tomatoes are particularly delicious. The truffle sauce adds a deep, savory note to the dip that is well balanced with fresh vegetables.
Makes: 2 cups | Time: 10 minutes



  • 1 cup crème fraiche
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Giuliano Tartufi truffle sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • sliced vegetables, for serving


  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients until homogeneous.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, then serve with sliced vegetables.
