INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 bananas, cut on the diagonal in ½-inch slices
  • 1 cup frozen yogurt
  • 4 Tbsp. açaí dessert sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped cashews

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large skillet over moderate heat, heat the butter. When the butter begins to bubble, add the sugar and stir to combine. Carefully add the bananas and cook until caramelized, about 5 minutes.

2. Arrange the bananas on two serving plates. Add the frozen yogurt and açaí sauce. Sprinkle the chopped cashews over the top and serve.
