Sparkling wine gives every reason to celebrate. This refreshing summer spritzer, made with ripe summer fruit and P. Listo’s floral jams, features the sparkling wine of Spain: Cava. If you don’t have any on hand, the spritzer recipe also works well with any other type of bubbly.
- 1 oz. Campari
- 1 Tbsp. floral jam
- Slices of stone fruit, such as peaches, nectarines, plums, or cherries
- Cava sparkling wine, chilled
In a chilled champagne flute, combine the jam and Campari. Whisk together until the jam dissolves. Add the stone fruit. Fill the flute to the brim with Cava and serve.
