Banana-Coco Nut Butter Toast

Put a coconut twist on your favorite PB & Banana sandwich with dried coconut flakes and chia seeds! With tropical flair and energy-boosting chia seeds, this open-faced sandwich is a perfect breakfast to get you up and get going in the morning.



  • 5 tsp. Monama Brazilian nuts spread
  • 1 slice whole wheat bread, toasted
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Dang coconut chips
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • Chocolate, melted




Spread the Brazilian nuts spread onto the toast. Add the bananas, coconut chips, and chia seeds. Drizzle the chocolate and serve.
